DoorLiftIQ Warranty Policy

DoorLiftIQ warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions below.

Accessories — remotes, keypads, wall controls, cameras & safety sensors

Warranty coverage begins on the original date of purchase.

2 Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service:

  • Contact DoorLiftIQ Customer Support before removing or returning any product.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required.
  • If return service is required, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from the service center.
  • DoorLiftIQ reserves the right to repair or replace defective parts or products at its sole discretion.

3 Product Improvements

DoorLiftIQ reserves the right to improve, modify, or discontinue products at any time without obligation to update or modify previously sold products.

4 Installation Requirements

This warranty is valid only when the product has been installed and operated according to DoorLiftIQ's official installation and operating instructions.

5 Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover failures, defects, or damage caused by:

  • Improper installation, maintenance, or adjustment
  • Lack of routine maintenance
  • Continued operation after a known defect becomes apparent
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations
  • Electrical power fluctuations, surges, or improper voltage
  • Radio frequency interference
  • Accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Natural disasters, weather events, or other force majeure events

6 Non-Covered Items

The following items are not covered under warranty:

  • Batteries, fuses, and other consumable components
  • Remote-control operating range or signal interference issues
  • Sensitivity adjustments or routine service calls
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance

7 Warranty Void Conditions

This warranty becomes void if:

  • The product has been serviced by unauthorized personnel
  • The product has been modified or altered
  • Damage results from water, moisture, condensation, or flooding
  • Required maintenance has not been performed
  • The product is used in a manner not intended by the manufacturer

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • This warranty replaces all other express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  • DoorLiftIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

Consumer rights provided by applicable federal, provincial, state, or local laws remain unaffected.
